Every person is unique. The time it takes to feel better is different for everyone.Some of your symptoms might start to improve within 1 to 2 weeks or it could take up to 8 weeks . Even if you start feeling better right away , its important to keep taking your medication as directed.

It will take at least two weeks, but can take up to over one month for the sertraline to kick in. Also the dosage is a factor....are you taking 50mg twice a day, or 100mg twice a day? Regardless, give it almost a month before you start to feel the effects.

i use to take zoloft and it takes 10 days to fully get in your system dont expect wonders hope it works good for you

Full results can take up to 2 weeks. Give it time you only took one dose.
