NO! There are laws against such a relationship. It's called either pedophilia or statitory rape if they are involved in a sexual relationship. If he truly cares about you, he will wait until you have had the chance to grow a little. You should not tie yourself down to one person until you have had the chance to finish high school, go to school, date others, experience life. Then, and only then, you could think about dating an older person.
