Did you mean a 17 yr old guy? Age gaps don't matter and i am living proof as my man is 20 years older than me but one of you is still a teenager and that is where it might get a bit more complicated. Let me explain, the 17 yr old may not feel ready to settle down yet as they are only at the beginning of their adult life (in a lot of ways they are still a child) where as a person of 29 may want to settle down and start a family. The reason i say this is i have a son of 16 yrs old and at times he is very mature but other times he is still a young boy! Good luck xx

If you were the mother of a 17 year old girl, you'd think different, and rightly so.
Face it, I'm an older guy and I like the younger ladies too, but a girl 17 years old is still not emotionally stable enough to make decisions on her own
That's just one of the many reasons we call men that want to date girls this age sexual deviates------pr editors---AND that's why we put them in PRISON

thats a little weird...a 29 yr old should not be dating a 17 yr old. as friends its okay i guess...im 17 and i have friends that are in their twenties..but technically in some states you can get arrested for being involved sexually with minors ...its a little weird. i dont think its okay to date them but friends is fine.you should wait until your a bit older before you get involved with a guy thats almost 30 years old!

First, I believe you meant 29 year old guy, not girl. Second, any guy that old that wants to be with a woman that's not even of legal age yet is pretty creepy and should be avoided. Don't listen to what he tells you, you'll only end up making your parents worry when he convinces you to live with him.

Your main question asked about girls, but you added detail talks about "He". If it is a 29 year old "He" then the answer is "No", because the girl is under age. I think it would be illegal even if it was a "She" and a "She" for the same reason as one of them would be under age.

I kinda think it's okay and than again it's not because she could go to jail. I think it's ok because if it's really love you shouldn't let anything stop it and also u should wait at least til he's 18. So no 1 can say anything about it.

when i was 15 i used to tell guys that i was 18 and had relationships with guys more than double my age.
its so much better then the immature horny teenage goats.
some people will see it as being wrong, but theres nothing at all wrong with it, long as the guy seeems ginuen and would never hurt you. and if he seems to push sex..i would be a bit worried..perhaps date him but tell him u wanna wait til ur 18, if he then dumps u , u know he is a devious lil prik, but if he is happy with that, then u can root him..

NO...NOT ACCEPTABLE....he is old enough to know better. A 17 year old is a MINOR....PURE AND SIMPLE. He can be arrested for statutory rape....He needs to find someone closer to his own age (and someone who is LEGAL).....he's really an idiot for taking this kind of chance.
