Honestly, are you trying to see how many pregnancy questions that you can post at one time.

I think that you honestly know the answer.

The first month you are on birth control pills you are suppose to use a back up method such as condoms. Some say a week is enough to wait before not using a back up method but if you are on the lo dosage ones then you should definately have waited a month. It is possible for you to have gotten pregnant. Wait another week or two and take a pregnancy test.

Since your only 16 you should be using condoms even if you are on the pill, accidents happen and some guys cheat.

So you were 13 days into your 1st pack when the "event" occured? (13 days after period) You are supposed to use protection in addition to the pill for the first week if you started the pack on the 1st Sunday folowing the start of your period. If you took pill one on day one of your period you don't need a back up. See http://www.thepill.com/html/ppil/using_prescription_start.jsp? for info from the manufacturer. So it looks like you should be clear. Of course the pill dose fail, especially if not used at the same time each day. Take a test (more accurate a few days after missed period) and be more careful. I hope this hleps.
PS You know the pill doesn't protect you from STIs right? Talk to your Dr about getting a HPV vaccination to protect you from cervical cancer. Your cervix is more suceptable to HPV (the virus that causes cervical cancer) because you are young. Check out http://www.gardasil.com/risk-for-hpv.html?WT.srch=1&WT.mc_id=GL047

Take care

Honestly: The pill doesn't become effective as birth control until you've been on it for about 3 months. It takes that long for the hormones to regulate, etc. So in effect, you basically had unprotected sex, which means that of course you could be pregnant.

As for the liklihood of your being pregnant: Please determine what date was the FIRST day of your last menstral period. Count forward 14 days from that date. If you had sex on that day, or within a couple days of that day, then you might very well be pregnant. If the sex was nowhere near that date, then you're probably not.

Now... I will spare you the lecture about being more careful to protect yourself. I am sure you feel scared enough already. Good luck.

I hate to break it to you, but I know of 14 women who all got pregnant while taking the pill for over a year. The pill is never 100% and certainly doesn't protect against any STD's. Chances are if your period was on it's 13th day then you were ovulating. So now is time to face the music and own up to your responsibilities. After all if you're mature enough to have sex, you have to be mature enough to take care of a child. Would you learn your lesson if you weren't pregnant?

Just the fact that you are usually so good about keeping track of when you take the pill is a good thing!! The odds of you getting pregnant because you were four hours late one time are very VERY slim. You're much less likely to become pregnant than alot of women who don't pay attention to the exact time they take the pill each day.
I think it's safe for you to be able to relax and expect your period to come on time.

If you have been on the pill for a month, and you were just 4 hours late taking your weekend pills, you should be fine.

You might consider playing it safe (safer anyway) and using condoms as well. There are a lot of diseases out there that doesn't even show up on a guy, or show up until much later on anyone. Don't forget about HIV, too.

Had you been on the pill for a few months, being 4 hours late wouldn't be a big deal, but, because you hadn't even finished one month of pills... you are definately at risk. Call a doctor, you may want to stop taking the pills for this month until you know for sure.

Use condoms.

STOP! You're freakin out for no reason and you know as well as I do, that you are almost wishful thinking you ARE pregnant!

Take a deep breath, stop trying to be an adult, stop sleeping around and be a 16 year old! You have the next 70 years do be an adult and have sex, why waste the last few years of childhood trying to get pregnant?

And when I say trying, NO birth control is 100%. Everytime you have sex, regardless of BC, condoms, spermicide, you can still get PREGNANT!

Go back to sex ed

well since you arnt taking the pill at the same time everyday there is a very high chance that you could be pregnant! i would wait a couple days after you are supposed to get your period and then if you dont get it then take a home pregnancy test. i wish you the best of luck!

it is possible that you could be pregnant but if you have been on the pill for a month then that is what doctors say is how long you should be on the pill before having sex. THERE IS ALWAYS A POSSIBILITY that you can get pregnant if you are having SEX.
