The drying time depends on what kind of paint it is, not on what color it is. We really can't give you a practical, realistic answer without more details.

Like: Are you talking about artists paints? Or house paint? Enamels? Spray paint? Oil paint? Acrylic paint? Tempera, perhaps? Liquid paint or solid, full bodied artists paint? Are you painting metal? On canvas? The wall of a room?

Each has it's own drying time. Let me know what kind of paint you are using and what you are using the paint on and I'll give you an exact, helpful answer.

Same as any other color. You should really allow to dry for at least 12 hours, or overnight.
