It's sort of a fatalistic way to put the question. You seemed resigned to there being very little possibility of permanency in your love life. So maybe you ought to dig down into your attitudes and feelings and ask yourself if you have enough self-worth and self-respect to believe that you can work it out over the long haul with someone you love.
At age 43, I have learned that love is great, but not enough to keep a relationship healthy over the long haul. You must have love, but you also need trust, caring, shared values, shared goals, friends, family support. There are certain practical elements of life that are inescapable. You have to pay your bills, and get dinner on the table, and keep the house clean and study for class and keep healthy. If your partner is not compatible on these practical aspects of your life as well as love, you will not survive the long haul.
So ask yourself, are you looking for lasting qualities in your lovers or do you choose fleeting ones? Do you display lasting qualities or do you jump ship when the seas get a tiny bit rough? If you want to share honesty with your lover (a key foundation to long term success), then you have to be honest with yourself (easy for me to say and really hard to do but well worth the effort).

That is up to you...when you are ready to be one person for ever and truly love them then yes you will stay but until that time comes it ain't going to happen. Remember, we all go through many relationships in order to find that right one.

You need to be asking The Oracle at Delphi or Sylvia Browne, not random Yahoo readers...How the hell should any of us know if you will find lasting happiness with another person...Keep working on improving yourself as a person, look for similar good qualities in others and maybe you will hook up with someone worthwile...good luck.

i have a question for you. I have a lesbian stalker.. but i'm 100% heterosexual.. HOW int he world do I get her to stop talking to me.
