I know 2 girls that are living in a house that is mentally abusive, a pig pen, and they are treated like slaves. I want to call someone and maybe get them out of the enviorment. I just don't know who to contact. I live in Pennsylvania if that helps.

Child protective services is not always a good place for kids to go, take for instance the comment by the guy who has a friend in the Las Vegas CPS. That organization is under investigation for neglecting kids and some have died. But lets be sure you are not just imposing your standards on others before you get the law involved in these peoples lives. The children that go through the legal system are sometimes traumatized worse than if they would have been left in the environment they were removed from. Is the house dirty and cluttered or hazardous and unhealthy? Are the kids slaves because they have chores to do or are they working in the basement on commercial sewing machines 14 hours a day? To one person raising your voice to a child is child abuse and to another hitting them with a belt is not. Just make sure that these people are abusing their children in the eyes of the law and not just your eyes before you call and mess up somebody's life, including the children's... If they are getting abused, more power to ya!!! Save the kids!!!

Child WElfare and you do not have to give yorur name. You can also contact the local school if you know the names of the two children and the ages. It seems to be happening more and more. Do not let another day go. They children need you and the mother and father need some sort of help.
