Muslims believe in one, unique, incomparable, and singular God, whose name in Arabic is "Allaah", literally meaning "The God"; in the angels created by Him; in the prophets through whom His revelations were brought to mankind; in God's complete authority over human destiny, and in life after death.

Muslims believe in a chain of prophets (may the peace and blessings of Allaah be upon them all) starting with Adam and including Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Elias, Jonah, John the Baptist and Jesus, peace be upon them.

God's final message to man, a reconfirmation of the eternal message and a summing-up, synopsis, and perfection of all that has gone before was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad , peace be upon him, the last prophet, through the angel Gabriel.

Al Ikhlas ( The Purity of Faith)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful,
Say: He is Allah
The One and Only;
Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not,
Nor is he begotten;
And there is none
Like unto Him.

May the peace of God be with you.

Islam faith by itself is great and not much different from any other religion. AT least it is much simpler without all the complications of trinity or Juhava or else. On the other hand, Islam has a major problem with other people's rights to exist. Islam orders Muslims to simply KILL non Muslims. A nicer interpretation could be to accept Jazyah from Chriistians and Jews only (followers of other religions should still be KILLED). This simply means that the word "PEACE" in Islam has a very different meaning from its original meaning.

Before you think I am idiot, refer to all the verses that order Muslims to KILL from Al Anfal, Al Tawba, Al Bkra and other Suras. Also, try to give me a definition for the word "JIHAD". A good tip for you is to use Islamic Encyclopedia.

I think you answered this question yourself. Muhammad believed that God spoke through the angel Gabriel. Muhammad then began preaching. After preaching he became a religious, political, and military leader. Muslims believed in the Five Pillars of Islam, which symbolized faith, prayer, alms, fasting, and pilgrimage. Muslims were forbidden to eat pork or drink alcoholic beverages. Friday afternoons were set aside for public worship and prayer. Those who were able to gathered at the mosque where they would pray.

First of all, 'ALLAH' is not an Arabic word. Allah was the name of an ancient pagan God(maybe of Hindu origin). Ancient Arabs adopted 'Allah' just like they adopted other pagan Gods. Before Islam, 'Allah' was the favourite God of the pagan Arabs and Mohammad had no choice but to adopt it as the one true God of the Islamic faith.
it's strange that Muslims believe in the Jewish and Christian prophets but still condemn Christians and Jews. Why???

No offense, but I notice a pattern.. A lot of times I see a Muslim posting a question regarding their religion they seem to answer it.

Why? This is only an annoyance to most people.
