I just want to know what you guys usually eat every day.

For breakfast, I prefer an English breakfast, with fat bacon and eggs, not to miss the tomato-sauced beans! (I don't give a damn, for I am very active, doing football and running every day and playing basketball every week.)
When I'm not in a mood for English breakfast, I just eat choco-flakes, which I also adore.

When lunching I mostly eat a sandwich with a salade, and salami. I am really a carnivore, I know. But I think that as long as I'm doing sports every day (almost, though), that meat-containing food can't harm me. In fact, it gives me more energy for more exercising, doesn't it?

In the evening, I eat various kinds of food. I mean that I eat different things every day, because I also eat always the same things in the morning and at noon.

For drinks, I also just drink water, fruit juice and of course, energy drinks. For additional energy, I eat energy BARS and I just can't get my hands off WHITE chocolate!

Breakfast for me is rice krispies or shredded wheat, a glass of cranberry juice and a piece of fruit.
Lunch is usually a sandwich - brown bread either Ham, Tuna or cheese and salad & mayo, 2 pieces of fruit and a yoghurt.
Then for dinner we mostly have something like spag bol, stew, fish pie chicken, always with veg. Once a week we have a treat and have oven chips - usually with fried egg and beans, and on a Friday we have mcDonalds!!
i am very much a creature of habit, i eat at the same times every day!!

In the morning i'll usually just have weetbix or crunchy oat bakes. Nice fibre based cereals.
If am lucky enough to be with my mum when shes hungry we will go to a cafe and have a full english. With sausage, bacon, egg, beans, black pudding, toast, and not forgetting tea of course! mmm.

In the afternoon if there is none of my tuna pasta (I have to say it is really tasty, i usually hide if someone eats anything i've made!)
left in the fridge then i'll probably make a sandwich or something. Followed by chocolate of corse :]

If i can be bothered to have dinner or if anyone actually cooks for me it would be gravy and mash with something or chips with something. I'm not too sure. I don't really have a 'balanced' diet. :s

For snacks i'll have chocolate, apples, ice creams, yoghurts, crisps.

For drinks i usually stick to water or apple juice if there is any in the fridge.

Oh and just for the record I was watching this thing on tv last night about a guy who just lived off salt and vingegar crisps and cheese and tomato pizza. Strange eh? He was nearly sick when he ate his first cucumber. Mind you though cucumbers make me retch.

I have either muesli, golden nuggets (the cereal not the meat things), a bacon butty or a hash brown muffin for breakfast.

Dinnertime I have a sandwich, nomally salami (peppered is best) , or bacon again! and sometimes i have salad with it. Or if I'm being even piggier than normal I will have a burger.

For tea I have salad with feta cheese and rice. Or something like spag bol or cottage pie if its cold outside.

My snacks tend to be crisps, yoghurt, apples, oranges, chocolate and haribo goldbears. Drinks are normally water, sugar free orange or blackcurrant and lucozade if i'm groggy!

I usually have a small bowl of cereal (All-Bran Strawberry Bites) with 1% milk to start the day, along with a cup of green tea.

Favourite lunch? - toast, some cheese, yogurt

Supper - I make meals for my family and usually have the meat-potatoes/pasta/rice-veggies trio.

We don't do dessert unless I'm feeling creative. Drink tea or water, sometimes coffee.

I think balance is the key - I try to have a wide variety and small portions.

Well.

breafast: Cappuccino (I'm italian!) or coffee without sugar; Sometimes even 2 or 3 fette biscottate (I don't know the English for) with apple jam or cranberries jam.

Lunch: PASTA (I'm italian!!), RAGU', or rice and some vegetables.

Dinner: Meat (if possible the legendary FIORENTINA) and some vegetables; or 1 egg with bread and vegetables or just rice.

I drink only water and, sometimes, white wine.

My trouble is COFFEE.... I drink a lot of coffee... :(

Oh dear no time for breakfast...so tea (Earl grey if possible).

Lunch: salad of rocket, iceberg, grated carrot, thinly sliced onion, tomato, beetroot & cheddar cheese. Dressed with a malt vinegar dressing.

Tea: Toast & mushroom pate and hot sweet tea.

Dinner: Various but a georgous vegetarian moussaka with crusty bread is perfect. (Homemade of course).

Have to sneak in Crunchy nut cornflakes with milk....

Hey, Ben!

Yeah, I like the same food like you, but I'm not so athletic as you are! In the morning I like cornflakes, choco-flakes or just bread with sprinkles (buttered).

At noon, I usually eat rice, but pizza or other ''salty'' things will do.

For supper I ALWAYS eat rice with meat and vegetables, it varies. In the weekend I really prefer something ''different'', like McDonald's or sushi.

-xxx- See you...

If I'm dieting then Special K and a fruit in the morning. Salad and tuna for lunch. Dinner from a low-fat cookbook. When I'm not dieting...well, that explains it!!!

i used to be one hundred pounds obese. I ate extensive breakfasts and love bread. each and every morning now I eat low carb toast with peanut butter. it is in basic terms as solid as prevalent toast, and it promises solid protein to get me throughout the time of the morning. If i did no longer have a weight situation, i might eat it on prevalent bread with honey. Yummy!
