just got a surprise notification that i need to submit to a supervised urinalysis test in 7 days. can anyone w/ experience in this area give me advice on how to properley flush my sytem. It would be greatley appreciated

ok... when you give a urine sample they test for 2 groups of things. 1st they screen for all the drugs theyre looking for, usually alcohol, thc, aphtemines(sp?) and opiates. the other group of things they check for a B vitamins. B vitamins occur naturally in your urine and are dilluted down by the more water you drink. So they know what vitamins to look for and if those vitamins arent there in the proper amount they will fail your test because they know it's not pure urine (that you watered it down). But watering down your urine is a really good way to hide what you were up to. So you need to have watered down urine, but also need B complex vitamins. Head to your local headshop or the internet and buy a bottle of the "Detox" drinks they sell. They do not detox or cleanse your system in any way, that's just a marketing ploy. What they do is overload your system with vitamin B so that you can drink a ton of water and have thin enough urine so as the THC levels are too low to show up on a test, while still maintaing high enough levels of vitamin b so that the test doesnt automatically fail you. Buy the drink, get the double strong one if you can find it, and follow the directions, which will probably include not eating for about 12 hours and drinking about a gallon of water. I promise you will feel like **** and your stomach will want to kill you, but it will work.
There are other remedies i've heard of including niacin, and excercise a lot for a few days, then eat a lot of fatty foods and limit excercise for a few days before the test. They very well could work, but I know for a fact that those drinks work if you follow the directions properly and understand what you're doing to your body. It's not good for you by the way, but neither is smoking pot.

Theres somekind of drink that make you pee more than 10 times a day. My bf bought it at GNC before his test. His test was 2 days after. He passed.
