first of all, don't pop them, its bad for your skin. but if you must i guess i'd say put some cold water on it or something. other than that i think unless you're going to put make up over the red spot, you just have to give it some time.

Try this, it works.....
Next time you go pick at your face,
as soon as you finish....place an
ice cube in a sandwich bag and apply it
over the red mark for a minute or two.
The spot will not get red or swollen....

Ice works to help it stay smaller and a little with the redness, because it is going to swell up a little so ice settles that down (just like a sprain, black eye, etc. ice slows down the swelling process or can even stop or reverse it).

Toothpaste or Preparation H.
I have no clue why the toothpaste works but it does.
The preparation H contracts the blood vessels.
You can also cover it up with a touch of concealer

I have that same problem. What I do is cover it up with foundation. It will go away within a few days.
