preheat oven to 350. Season ribs. Place seasoned ribs on aluminum foiled pan. Cook for 40 mins on one side. Brush with barbeque sauce, flip over and let back side cook for additional 30mins. Brush with barbeque sauce. Turn oven down to warm. Let stand for 5-10 mins. Enjoy....P.S--if you got time allow ribs to marinate overnight and then cook,,,,your local grocery store should have lots of pork marinating sauces...You will definetly see a difference in terms of taste....

Cut them into individual ribs and then simmer in a pot on the stove, covered with water and a bay leaf and some pepper, perhaps a chunk of onion. Just for 10 minutes or so, after they have come to a boil. This will remove a lot of the fat and get them nice and tender.

Then, drain them, and put them in an oven-proof pan, and cover them in barbeque sauce. I cook them for about 1 + 1/2 hours, at 325 degrees, stir often so they become nice and sticky and most of the moisture is absorbed. If they are getting too dark, you can cover them with tinfoil and turn the temp down to 300 until it is supper time. I use my own homemade bbq sauce, which is thinner than the bottled stuff. So I would suggest that if you are using bottled sauce to thin it out with a bit of water before adding it to the ribs. The long, slow cooking will absorb the water and leave you with delicious, sticky, tender ribs. Truly finger-licking-good!

1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
3 tablespoons honey mustard
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup honey barbeque sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 pounds baby back pork ribs
In the crock of a slow cooker, mix together the beef broth, honey mustard, honey, water, barbeque sauce, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Slice ribs apart, leaving an even amount of meat on each side of the bone. Place them into the slow cooker so that they are covered by the sauce. If there is not enough sauce, you may add a little water or beef broth to compensate.
Cover, and cook on High for 5 hours, or until the meat falls easily from the bones. better and easier than cooking them in oven

First (and most important), get yourself a package of those "roasting bags" (Reynolds makes them). Get the plastic kind, not the aluminum foil kind.

Put the rack of ribs in the bag (if necessary, cut the rack in two, but don't cut the ribs all apart). Add about 1/2 cup of liquid (water, beer, wine, whatever) and some salt and pepper. Seal the bag, put it in a roasting pan (in case it leaks), and put it in the oven at about 225 degrees...not very hot at all. Let it cook for three solid hours.

When time's up, the ribs will be fully cooked, and so tender they'll fall apart, so handle them carefully. Spread on your favorite bbq sauce (or whatever), and grill them for about 5 minutes per side, just to heat them through, and to caramelize the sauce.

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. As it heats, mix the following in a medium sized bowl: A 15-ounce can of tomato sauce. Two tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce. A quarter cup of tightly-packed brown sugar. Two tablespoons of lemon juice. A teaspoon of dried celery flakes. Two tablespoons of onion flakes. A tablespoon of prepared mustard. A half cup of cooking oil - I use canola oil. Mix all this together well. Place your ribs in a shallow baking dish after rinsing well. Pour the contents of the bowl over the ribs. When the oven reaches temperature, set baking dish with the ribs and the marinade on the middle rack and allow 'em to bake for 90 minutes. Serve right from the dish they were cooked in, and put a heaping serving of mashed potatoes alongside. A serving of hot greenbeans makes this a fine main course. If you really want to put your blood sugar over the top, have a big slice of sweet potato pie topped with Cool Whip for dessert!

Do you have a slow cooker/crock pot ? Cut the ribs apart and cook on high for about 3=4 hrs, then add favorite bbq sauce and cook another 2-4 hrs. the longer they cook, the more tender the meat. I just did it a couple of days ago, 6 hrs, meat fell off the bone. they were delicious.
