I know this girl from where i work and we get along great when we are at work. We haven't even hang out yet outside of work. Another thing is that she is only 17years old and i'm 23. I don't have a pproblem with the age diffference but i not sure if it's right if i ask i out someones whoi is under 18. I also don't really want things to get awkward at work if she tuns me down. What should i do?

The best thing I can tell you is if you be her friend until she turns 18 and then you can ask her out.

1) do you like her, do you want to ask her out? It's up to you to persue her if you like her? not the other way around. Rejection is just part of the process. It takes a few no's before you get to a yes.
2) check with the laws where you are, in some states it may be illegal to date younger women. You'll want to know that. You don't want to get in trouble. I think 17 is ok, but I don't know. Most dating sites don't list anyone younger than 18, so I'd think there is a possibility that it isn't legal yet. I don't know. Check the laws where you live, you certainly wouldn't want a statuatory rape charge against you.

If you ask her out and she accepts, just remember to keep your hands to yourself until she hits the magical number 18. You might start by seeing if she would like to have a Coke with you somewhere after work.

welli don't think age matters either and if she does end up turning you down just accept that and it may get awkward if she does but you guys will eventually get over it...GOOD LUCK THOUGH
