How can I set reminders using Outlook? Do I do it in 'Calendar? I want to be able to set it up to pop up a reminder EVERY Monday. Do I have to set it to do this each week or can I set it to remind me of a task every week automatically? And how??

Yes, open the Calendar and create the reminder and before you save, click the Recurrence button near the top. You can set it up to go off weekly, monthly, daily, etc.
