List some pet peeves while driving.?

I know you shouldn't sweat the small stuff BUT some of these things irk me to no end.

Cell phones while driving - people can be so rude and ignorant with their blatant use of these things. We watched a lady trying to back out of a parking spot while holding her cell phone between her shoulder and her ear. She kept switching it back and forth, pulling back in and then backing out, switching the phone from ear to ear and just about causing three accidents in the process. Did she even think to put the darn phone down and back out? No way.

In the winter people who are too lazy to brush off their car or even turn their rear defrosters on and then you follow in their mini blizzard wake.

People who come into your lane of traffic going around an obstruction (car, garbage truck, etc.) that is in their lane until waiting until there is no oncoming traffic.

People deliberately blocking a side street or exit esp when they see you sitting there trying to get out.

Tailgaters are the worse. It seems like they think you should be going faster so they close in on you hoping you go faster. Sometimes it appears to be because they are or feel bigger than you so they tailgate to show you how big their vehicle is. That would be to intimidate people. Others will tell you straight out that they can't stand it if they must follow. So the reason would be because you are there.
Dear tailgater; I hate to say it but I'm one of those people who seem to be going too slow for you when you try to solve it by tailgating me. Guess what? I'm one of those drivers who will slow down just because you are too close. Do you have a clue why? It's to make you GO AWAY asap. Please pass me as soon as it is safely legal. Until then, stay the legal distance and do not threaten my life with your big, beautiful, fast, know-it-all, illegal ideas. When you do that you are threatening me and everyone who is on-board with me.

I've got the cruise control set to 70 (speed limit 65). I'm in the left lane to pass a truck that's going 60 and someone going 75 comes up on my right and cuts me off.
Tailgating, people who think their horn will solve everything, and Honda Odysseys are also a constant annoyance.

Not following the BASIC rules that were required to get the drivers license...
> Slow people in the fast lane. - Slower traffic move right.
> Making right turns without pulling to the side first. - Pull to the right, slow, drive along curb, then make right turn.
> Swinging to the right before making a U turn. - You are supposed to pull straight out and then make the turn.

Tailgaters, speeders up your butt; two feet behind you when they could have easily gone around on either side, people who will not use their turn signal when you are waiting on them and then they turn right in front of where you were going to enter the street;people who throw trash out of their windows, cigarette butts, etc;drunk drivers! I once was even behind two deaf-mutes who were arguing! Think about that for a second; NO hands were on the wheel! Kind of funny to watch, actually.

when people cut me off and then fly me the bird because im the jerk for being in thier way but they are the ones that almost caused the wreck

i hate when people are so slow to take off at a green light because theyre putting their makeup on or on their phone

when we are on a 4 lane street, I hate at the same time as people on the interior lane experience the want to veer to the right (into the exterior lane - the single i'm in) in the previous they turn left. no longer in trouble-free terms is it risky, they are basically forcing themselves to make a a lot sharper turn. completely counter-intuitive, maddening as hell.
