Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimmed;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature's changing course untrimmed;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wander'st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow'st:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this and this gives life to thee.

you are beautifull like the summer day-
but art is more beautiful-
rough times affect a beautiful thing-
summer never last forever-
heavens light is beautifully hot to the eye -
and somethimes god looks are mistaken-
fairness is often declined-
nature changes like people do-
but the entire summer never fades-
neither does it lose its beauty-
death will not bring pain,yet more beauty-
in eternal time you grow-
as long as men see thy beauty
long life gives life to thee-

I'm writing this poem about your youth and beauty so that when you're old or dead, others will know how much I loved you, and every time this is read, your beauty will live on.

In a nutshell, it says:I am head over heels in love with you and you will always be as beautiful to me as you are now.
'Nuff said!
