I am a contract PFC because while in the DEP i have recruited 5 people 3 of which already graduated bootcamp. I can definately get recruiters assisstance, I already spoke about that with my NCOIC and my recruiter. Plus if i can get leave after MCT then i wont take my 10 days after bootcamp which i dont want to take to begin with.

You need to talk to your recruiter and clarify this, but things usually work like this:
After boot camp you will be given 10 days leave to go home and heal up a bit. You WILL NOT normally go straight to MCT after boot camp. This leave time will charged to your accumulated leave account. If you successfully recruited one or more individuals for your local recruiter, you might be granted additional leave that will NOT be charged against your accumulated leave account. You will then go to MCT. If there is time between the end of MCT and the start of your MOS school you can request leave which will again be charged to you. HOWEVER, your local recruiter MAY grant you recruiter's assisstance duty at your local recruiting station for a minimum of 7 and not more than 30 days IF they want you and that can be a big if.... My advice is not to get your hopes up about being home for Thanksgiving OK? But it could work out. Semper Fi and Good Luck in the Marine Corps....

You have to report yourself to your Mos shool first, then it depends on when your MOS school will start. But chances are that you'll get stuck on a working party, instead of coming home after MCt. Trust me I tried that and it didn't work out, I served from 2002 till 2006. Your chances of getting leave are better when you join the fleet. I also think that you are thinking way too ahead of time, youre not even a Marine yet, you should just focus on getting through with bootcamp and then MCT and then take it from there. Plus don't believe anything the recruiters say until you see it on paper because they are the biggest bullsh*ters in the world, and they'll tell you anything you want to hear just so they can fill their cuotas. It's a good thing that you're gonna serve your country bcuz there is nothing stronger that the heart of a volunteer, but just get ready cuz you have no idea whats coming to you in bootcamp.......
