In the magizine Cosmo Girl they deplayed an article on anorexia and how they saved her life in twenty one days. But what I want to know is if that was true. Many maginzes that have these articles often don't have true info and/or boigraphy's. Many people do suffer from Anorexia but if our insurances only cover 21 days is that really long enough to save someone's life? This all I have so far but hopefully some one can help me find out more.

You need to check with your insurance company, and ask them these questions. Each insurance policy is different. There are some policies that may not cover treatment for eating disorders at all, so you need to be sure. Also, sweetie, if you think that you are suffering with an eating disorder, you need help NOW! Don't wait another minute. Go and talk to a trusted adult - a parent, a teacher, your doctor, the school nurse, your pastor or rabbi...someone who will listen, and help you to get the care you need. Don't mess around with this. You could die. Good luck!

Not all insurances are the same. It sounds like the article is saying that in 21 days it really helped the woman recover.
