what she should do is evenly divide the money. If she has 100 dollars sh eshoudl pay you 50 and her parents 50 afte rall her parents supported her for most of her lif e

however becuase of the extenuating circumstance that you are a student and have no source of income I woudl politely bring it up likie "I know when you have the money you'll pay me bac kbut please apprieciat ethat i have no income where as your parents do"

Well that could depend on what arrangements were made before the loan. Does either owed party have an actual contract of repayment with her? My guess is no. In that case the first person she borrowed money from should be paid first, especially if the second was aware of her first loan and the nonpayment of it. The second party needs to accept some of the responsibilty if knowledge proved non payment was possible.

Always remember not to lend money you yourself can not live without.
Always disscus and get in writing the terms of repayment.
Always loan money with the intent of never seeing it again.

Then of course there is the theory that she is your mom, she doesn't owe you anything.

It's none of your business what she does with the other people she owes money to, if you need your money back then just tell her that she has put you in a heck of a spot financially and you need her to pay you back....don't lend her anymore money unless yo can afford to loose it.
