how do i enlarge and clear an image with photoshop CS2?
if there are other programs that do it better then i wont mind use them.
i want to enlarge to any size.

what if i have good quality small picture and i want to make it big with good quality also ?

It all depends on the resolution of the original image.
I heard there is an application that can enhance it a bit, but if the image is garbage to begin with, its never going to be perfect.

Make the image a layer (double-click on the history interior the layers palette), then use Edit | rework to alter the size, and drag a corner of the displayed physique for the transformation till you have the size you elect. carry the Shift key as you drag in case you elect the proportions to be preserved.
