It's amazing. I live in Brooklyn but I wish I could beam myself to Syracuse because I'd love to play in 12 feet of snow for awhile! I've never been around that much snow. Even when I was a kid in CT, I don't remember there being more than a few feet at one time. The thought of 12 feet makes me want to go make snow tunnels. I'm sure it's not as much fun if you live there though!

As large of an amount as that is, it is not that unusual for that area of the state. they average over 200 inches of snow per year, this jsut happened to fall over a short time.

I CAN! I lived there 4 years ago through the worst winter upstate had seen in 30 years. I only stayed there 7 months before moving back down south! It was miserable! I feel for everyone up there, especially our family who is stuck in their houses now!
