I would like to get my medical team a nice gift but it needs to be something for all of them.

I'm a nurse, and our unit receives gifts from patients a lot. Honestly, don't do dinner or drinks for them, because a lot of people can't make it when everyone goes out. Candy is always a popular gift, because it's easy to share with everyone and is very simple for you to buy. A large box of candy or chocolates for each shift is a nice idea. Label one box for day shift, one for evening shift, and one for night shift.

You can never go wrong with food. Check out this website for edible arrangements:

This place is very popular where I live, and they have GREAT food. It's also a healthy and fancier choice than something like a box of donuts.
