i have to say yes you will need to rub them back to bare wood...a stain will only take into the wood fibres which are now covered in paint.....be careful using softwood for exterior doors always keep them well stained and then if using a basic stain you will need to seal them or yes they will quickly rot out

Stain goes on bare wood, not primed. If you really want to use the stain you will need to sand off all the primer.

Yeah, you need to get the primer off in order for the stain to penetrate the wood.

Yes you will have to sand them down and may even have to strip off the undercoat. After sanding try a small area to see how it turns out. If it doesn't work you are going to have to strip the paint off anyway so it is worth a try. I always use Ronseal, it does what it says on the tin, but I am sure that others can do the job.

Voldemorts worst fear is death, so if he found himself in Hell, and if I was the Devil, then I would have a grim reaper eternally chasing him and at the same time enduring the pain and humiliation of physical decomposition. Then again, JK Rowling is his creator and its probably up to her to decide his punishment or if he does remain dead this time! I disagree with the above opinion of Bellatrix, she is clearly not playing with a full deck. With a little... a lot of therapy and convalescence she would surely be keen to redeem herself. She's a real looker, I reckon she could be quite a catch.

There were so many woodworking plans with this collection and you will not believe this but there are over thousands plans in the one package deal. Go here https://tr.im/KfRFO
This is really something to find that many all together. For someone like me who is just really starting to get involved with woodworking this was like letting me loose in a candy store and telling me I could have anything I wanted. That was my dream when I was a kid.
