You are actually asking two different questions:
1. What is the purpose of life?
2. What is the meaning of life?
By way of example -- if I hold up an empty water balloon and ask you what it's purpose is, the most basic answer is 'water transportation via aerial mode.' That's all the purpose is -- it is a reason for existing. If it is sitting on a shelf in a store, it has that purpose, if it's in my hand filled and ready to go, it has that purpose.
Meaning, however, is something that is ascribed to an object. I fill such a balloon with water so that I can tag my mother during the next family reunion summer-fun party. That is now its meaning -- joy and playfulness. It did not have that meaning on the store shelf. There, at the store, its meaning was profit -- the owner of the store hoped someone would buy it and thus the owner would make profit off it.
So to go back to your questions -- what is the purpose of life? It has none. To have a purpose means that an intelligent being must have created it. Purpose is an intended direction, a best-suited direction, and life has no creator nor an intended direction. Life is inherantly purposeless.
What is the meaning of life? Because we are self-aware, even in acknowledging the purposelessness of life, we can ascribe a meaning to it. For many people, this meaning is little more than that they hope to live day by day. Some people make religion their meaning, others knowledge, others intentionally make hate or cruelty their meaning -- no one said all meaning has to be good. It just gives us a reason to wake up in the morning and defy our purposelessness.

Everything we do is motivated by reward, be it a feel good factor in giving to charity; satisfying the desires of lust in a sexual relationship, or, finding reciprocated long lasting love and companionship in partnership with another human. We are after all social creatures, motivated to help or react within the group, with the promise or hope that such generosity will be reciprocated in some way. If this means life sucks, then so be it, because it all stems from a tribal need to survive as a species, born out of the notion do to others as you would have them do to you. It's what makes us what we are, and when it breaks down in tribal or religious conflict, then hate rises to overwhelm all, and life sucks even more.

It really depends on what viewpoint you look at it from. From a purely utilitarian viewpoint, life has no point. The universe would work just fine without life in it.
If you want the primary function of life, it is to continue life. Basically the point of life is life. Everything lives to create new life and continue the cycle. The only point is life begetting life.
From a religious standpoint, it is hard to say because there are many different religions. Mainly to behold the glory imparted on us, and to prove our souls worthy of some reward in the end. That basically covers most religions.
You define you own purpose, or point to life. It is why you live. Everyone has their own purpose. Along with the underlying purpose of living to live (survival instinct).
I think probably the short answer to the question is that life is it's own point.

Those three you name all seem pretty valid enough reason to me. I mean, I'd prefer to keep in mind the need to do as little harm to others as possible, but within those bounds, enjoyment, work and reproduction are a pretty good team.

in one word: relationships. this is all-inclusive. it means friendships, loved ones, family, significant other, community, helping out your neighbor, and much more. i don't know about you, but this is what makes me feel good. life is not enjoyable without others to share it with, and who also share it with you. relationships are always two-way, and never one-way. love is encouraged by relationships. war and poverty is encouraged in the ABSENCE of relationships. nothing bad is ever done with the well-being of another in mind. everything evil that has ever been done is with only one's self in mind.

Whatever works for you, works for you. Don't extrapolate your findings to the rest of the world. Many ppl are very happy and have no need for superstitious beliefs in mythical gods.
Kill your GOD
-Amen
