im assuming you meant 5 in the morning, maybe you need to go to a sleep study it really doesnt sound that bad but i have sleep apnea and didnt have a clue what was going on/i was waking off and on all during the night and stayed tired all the time/apnea is where you quit breathing in your sleep you wake up not realizing why if there is no other reason like perhaps you are going to bed to early or something like that then try to set you a schedule and stay strictly to it hope that helped a little..........good luck

I assume you mean 5am.
What time do you go to bed?
I go to bed at 12:30am and get up at 6:30am. Some people need less sleep than others. Perhaps you are going to bed too early.
