which one is more fun for docs, working in a private clinic or in the hospital?

and why do most docs prefer working in a private office?

if u only work in a clinic the person is alot more stable, if u work in the hospital they might not be dx and are in worse condition

I have two offices of my own. I used to work out of ER's but I find my own place more fun and relaxed; in my own place, I get fewer interruptions, have my own equipment, and work with my own employees.
