What is good to use if you have hair bumps on your scalp that hurts when you comb your hair?

What really cause this type of condition? I hate to comb my hair I starting wearing wigs this week just to keep from combing my hair.This thing comes and goes especially after using hair dye.

You may be allergic to the hair dye. Your scalp may be having a reaction to the dye. Talk to your doctor.
