I found something called Scan to Web in my installed programs... what is it, do I need it, or what do I do??

Scan to Web is part of your printer software and allows you to scan a picture or document and store it on their website (after you create an account) and share it with anybody you want.

Only you can decide if it is something you need. If you don't plan on using it, you can remove it from "Add/Remove" software in control panel.

.No idea how this can appear in
all your installed programs.
Anyway try AdvancedWindowsCareV2 personal from www.iobit.com and scan/clean your computer
