I need a application that can record from the Mic and pause when it senses silence below the level I set?

I am doing some recording using a phone. but I get sick of having to keep finding the app and pressing rec. Is there any apps out there that I can set a level of VOX and it will pause reocrding, and start whn that level is breeched? looking to spend 0 - 50 bucks.
