how do i get a report of my wifes daq & cdl truck driving record for her?

It's a DAC report. 1-800-381-0645 DAC is being sued for not reporting accurate information, so don't be surprised if there are inaccuracies.

Your wife's driving record will be available from your state's DMV. CDL makes no difference; all records are kept with your state.
