Its already booked I am guessing. And you no longer want the flight. I am guessing. You call the airport and cancel/reschedule. It is going to cost you a ton of money. You need more detail on the question. If you are on the actual plane and want to get off, well tough luck!

well non stop just means you dont stop between destinations so you would just get of when the plane lands in your destination
