I assume you're starting out which can be intimidating. Running is a great hobby...but only if you ease into it. Try the 10-week plan below which helps you build up to a 3-mile run. It may seem easy at first, but it's better than rushing into something and getting injured. Good luck & have fun!

When I run a mile I sprint and get ahead of the other racers. Then I slow it down untill about 100 yds from the finish, then sprint! Good Luck!

People say I run like a wounded wilderbeast, but I feel fine. I also pass those same people. I guess everyone's different and have different gates.

to be honest you move your left leg in front and then do the same with your right leg and continue moving fast lifting your knees, and move your arms to generate energy from your upper body. This process builds stamina and there you have it, your running

when you put your left foot in front have your right arm go forward and when your right foot is in front put your left arm forward
