I wouldn't use them fruitfully at all. I'd use them for wanton self gratification. I'd definitely do Heroin. I'd never try it because of fear of addiction...but if I knew I was dieing......
I'd certainly do something very unique at a brothel involving multiple partners.....
I'd probably try to take someone down, who I really hate, with me....
Like a Pat Robertson.
If I have a limited time to live, but perfect health, I'd suggest he get body guards.

Get some crank ('cause now I'm not worried about crashing).
eat during the day like there was no tomorrow....Hagen dagz, prime rib, buffets... gather all my writing materials together and pack them with copy-right permission to whomever wants to decipher my horrid hand-writing and type them up, edit them, or whatever, so long as they mention my name as a collaborator.
Seek out all my friends and give some amazing long hugs and free massages (but not tell anyone why).
Play games with people all afternoon, evening, and early am long - - - roleplaying games, card games, board games, whatever. Watch the sunsets, sunrises, moon-rises and cherish the world. Make sure the God and the Goddess know that I appreciate the wonderful job they have done creating and maintaining this world. Do a lot of grounding, centering, focusing on my life and what kind of life I would want to have next time, and what memories of this life I want my spirit to retain.
Very last day have a big ritual, cherishing & saying goodbye, in such a way that I would be sure that it would not be difficult to clean-up my dead body after I'm gone.

I'd spend them with my family. I'd call all of my friends I have wanted to talk to for ages but never actually DO it. I'd make sure my children knew how much they mean to me and how proud I am of them, and ensure that they were to be well taken care of after I was gone. I'd spend atleast a couple hours with a lawyer making sure that my things were in order and that no one had any questions about my estate. I'd laugh a lot and enjoy all the little moments we pass away so often. And...I'd eat ice cream.

I would spend it with my family, requiring everyone to take the 3 days off of work. We would then spend the three days being together as if it was Thanksgiving or Christmas. We would eat well, laugh and smile, and reminisce.

If you are not sick at all. How are you going to die. Car accident? Plane crash? How do you know beforehand you are going to die. Is there some kind of magic to tell me. Can I use the magic to do whatever I want to without restriction. Oh never mind I will be dead before I get this thing figured out.

First I'd rob a bank and take off for Hawaii and stay there for a day and then fly to Africa and see the Nile River and then to Europe for my last day so I could see England and die happily in Paris.

day 1 i would probably tell all of my teachers at school 2 go f*ck them selves
day 2 i would go on holiday with my family

Wrapping up my mortal affairs, saying goodbye to family and friends, getting some nookie (even if only my hand), and go quietly into that dark night with dignity.

Tell everybody how much I loved them. Spend money spoiling friends n family with treats. Write letters to children I know so I could "be there" when they get married, etc.
Plan my rockin funeral :)
