We filed our income tax on Feb.2 and the IRS site said it had been received and was being processed.I thougt it would change today Feb.15 to accepted and being direct deposited but it doesn't.Still says being processed.What does this mean?

It is being processed, due to computer problems there was a delay in processing of 1000's of returns, You can call 1-800-829-1040 punch option 4 to get live assistance to review your account to see if there was an error on the return that is causing additional delays

You really should of been updated to a Feb 16th deposit date by now. We efiled on Feb 1 and a few days later the IRS website said to expect our refund around Feb 20. Then, yesterday, the IRS website updated our info and said that we will have a direct deposit on Feb 16...which is really what I expected.
I am surprised your return is still being processed at this point since it's been 2 weeks since you filed. You should definitely call and try to talk to someone to see if there is a problem, or you can just wait it out and keep checking the IRS refund site to see if it eventually updates your return. I know how disappointing that must be not to even have a date yet...grrrr!

Hopefully you should get it tomorrow. I did mine on the same day as you and first got a deposit date of 2-9-07. When that did not happen I checked back and now it say's deposit date of 2-16-07. I am praying that it is there tomorrow. Good Luck!

It probably doesn't mean anything. Technically it's Feb 15th until 11:59pm. If there were a problem, something noting that would be shown. Be a little patient and try back tomorrow morning. (It's hard, I know...I've checked mine 3 times already).
