the cd is blank but i don't know how to make a playlist.

There are many programs out there that will do this for you, but if you want a simple one that is already on most computers, then just use Windows Media Player. When you open this program up, just click on the tab that says burn. From there you can build a list of songs from your computer that you would like to put on a cd. I hope this is helpful. Good luck.

There should be some burning software provided with your CD burner. Use that. If not, can always try windows media player and click the "burn" tab and drag and drop your songs into the play list. Thereafter, click "start burn". Its pretty straight forward if you use windows media player.
