A guy texted me a part of a poem that I love and that is about love. I told him that it made me feel lovey and then he asked me, "what does a y after love turn it into?" Do you think he thinks I love him?

He wants you to think, that he thinks, that you love him. He probably wishes that you love him, and he is putting words in your mouth. Dont let him. Do let him know that you are a stong woman, and it HIS pleasure to be able to be associated with you, not vice-versa.

he may... the best way to avoid confusion is to express/explain what you meant.. just tell him that the poem gave you are warm, loving feeling... or however you want to describe it.
communication is the key!
good luck!
