M.O.M.s BALL. Each year the Krewe of Misfits, Orphans and Mystics hold THE BEST PRIVATE PARTY IN NEW ORLEANS.For the Krewe of Mystic Orphans and Misfits (M.O.M.s), whose raucous private ball is known for elaborate and racy costuming, the choice is usually an innuendo (e.g., “Assume Nothing but the Position,” “Turn the Other Cheek,” “Forever Tongue”). You have to know someone to get invited to this party and costumes are required (costuming is one of the reasons the Krewe was established anyway). So don't just walk up thinking you can get in......this is a private organization and becoming a member is next to impossible...unless you grew up in New Orleans....then someone has to die before you can get into the Krewe. But, at least they invite hundreds of people to their party!

The Radiators play the MOMS Ball every year during Mardi Gras. It's the Misfits, Orphans, and Masqueraders Ball. It's at Blain Kern's Mardi Gras World. Be ready to party all night. Costumes are a must!!! It ain't like no uddah Mardi Gras Ball!!!

I just asked my office neighbor who was born & raised in Gretna. If anyone knows, she would. She has no idea. - sorry
If it exists-it's obviously a krewe party. Maybe not an actual krewe, but a group of some sort. Prob. very new.
