i live down 3 streets from this boy and we kinda past glances with each other one time, and i dont know him i dont know his name.Every time i try to see him or ask he never home its like i dont see him ne more. i dont know how to really explain it but i just move in and i want to get know people exspecially this boy he a pk and from what i hear he sounds like a really nice person and thats why i want to meet him i dont want to sound desperate cause im not i just need advise help

Well you DO sound desperste... Hold your horses gal.. mebbe ur time slots jus don match.. Be patient. The guy is not gonna run away anywhere. You've lotsa tym to meet him n get to know him.
N mebbe he's lukin around for you too n facing the same problem,. So jus keep patient. The right time will come.

When you know he is home, go up to the house and tell them that you are new in the neighborhood and would their son mind showing you around the neighborhood. or ask him if he answers the door. Just be kinds, smile and ask him this if he doesn't want to he wont but life is too short to live with regret. Introduce yourself to him and tell him where you live and he will tell you his name in return. Hope it works out take care Heather
