I have a pointy, triangular piece of mean that is a centimeter growing from my neck. I don't think it's fungi

but how do I remove it without having to go to the doctor? What is it called?

It sounds like a skin tag and if so it is harmless. I would not try to remove it on my own though.

It is a wart.Take a thin plastic thread and tie at the root as tight as you can bear.leave overnight.Morning next it wont be there.In India we do it with the hair from a pony tail
