i was just wondering . how long does it take to get an america visa
?
for saudi student !?

i'm from saudi. the hard part is getting the actual interview at the american embassy, which could take from 1 to 3 months. after the interview, they take your passport and tell you to pick it up w/visa the following week. also, if you want an F-1(student visa) you need to have been accepted to an american school and received your I-20 papers from them before the embassy will even allow you to schedule an interview. student visas are generally much harder to obtain than tourist visas.

I do not think its going to be late. If you have the approval from any university here and your papers are ready - based on the embassy requirement -; you should not have a problem.
The embassy will set a date for you & they are usually committed to the deadline.
Just contact them through their website and ask your questions.

i think a year or two cuz i tryed it and i got it like a long time after i got settiled in wit ma parents.
