My bones crack a lot. I mean a lot. When I have been sitting down for longer than say half an hour, if I stand up and bend my knees, my knees, ankles and or hips with crack loudly enough for others to hear. My shoulder cracks and feels like it pops into place every so often, but before it does, it doesn't feel out of joint or anything. If I sit down in a slouching position for a while, no matter what I was doing before, my lower spine will feel like it falls into place and re-aligns. My elbows get cricks (where I can't move them past a certain point) a lot. I am double jointed in A LOT of joints - my hips pop in and out, I can bend my hands back, my jaw, thumbs, and wrists are all double jointed. It doesn't hurt often, and I rarely even notice it any more. I don't know anyone else like me, but doesn anyone else have it? Is it bad or dangerous?

go to a GNC or any store that has vitamins. either buy something with shark cartiledge ( sounds disgusting, but it works) or do a search for a product called astio bioflex. both work amazing. basically it lubricates your joints. I have the same problem. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but down the road it may lead to arthritis if nothing is done. good luck.

i have very crackly knees and my doctor told me that so long as it doesn't hurt when they crack, it's okay.
