Someone on this board said the following:

"All inhabitants of heaven will be coming back with Christ at His Second Coming and we'll be back on earth with Him. He will rule and reign for 1000 years and then after Satan is tossed into the lake of fire once and for all, a new heavens and earth will be formed and we'll live with Christ forever and ever."

So once Satan is (dead?) or whatever - and hell has been dismantled - doesn't that mean all the souls who are currently being tortured there either cease to exist at all - or recieve full pardons and enjoy the pleasures of heaven with the rest of us?

If not then what happens to them once hell is gone?

Full pardon, no. Forgiven after payment of the price of repentance, yes. Received into a Kingdom of Glory, yes. Each person receives at the final judgment, the reward for their mortal and post-mortal existence. Paul summarizes the degrees of glory in Corinthians. The righteous go to a kingdom compared to the glory of the sun. The wicked go to a kingdom compared to the glory of the stars and those in between go to a kingdom compared to the glory of the moon. Consider the amount of light that we perceive from those heavenly orbs and how that light differs in brightness. Then as one star differs from another, so also is the resurrection of the dead. Each has a place prepared for them according to what they merit. Ultimately, it will be restful for all God's children for we will be comfortable in the realm that we are given.
There is much more that could be discussed on this subject but that is a quick overview.

You must understand that Hell is not a place of "torture" but rather a place where those who have chosen it get exactly what they have asked for. A place where they can continue doing what they want to do without answering to anyone. But also there will be millions of others there doing the exact same thing. It will be a place so full of everyone doing exactly what they want with no boundaries that this earth will look like a nursery school. If Hell is your decision it will be an eternal one.

Satan being thrown into the lake of fire is a reference to Satan being restriced to his domain in hell. Not that he will be killed.

So those souls will remain in hell and hell will remain.

But besides that the person's statement is not accurate. There will be no earthly reign. Christ already reigns, and will reign forever. And the inhabits of Heaven will stay in heaven.

Revelation 20:14 - And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

Revelation 20:15 - And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

The lost will not receive immortality. That is a lie that has been repeated until it has been perceived as the truth. The wicked will be destroyed. "The soul that sinneth, it shall die." No just and loving God would persecute someone for eternity because of a mere lifetime of sin. In the end the lost will be as if they never were. The punishment of death will be for eternity. They will never come back to life.

No.

After Satan and his angels are tossed into the Lake of Fire, the nonbelievers will be next.

first of all, do no longer kill your self. no longer out of the phobia of hell, yet basically given which you do no longer would desire to. it is not an answer. It hurts all and sundry who has ever customary you to the middle, and in trouble-free terms solves issues for one - you. 2nd - You nailed it amazing on the top. god won't be in a position to be all forgiving... no way. If he grew to become into why the hell did he wipe out Sodom and Gommorrah? Why did he create a flood that worn out each residing difficulty on earth? Why is he jealous? Jealousy has no longer something to do with love nor forgiveness - it is selfishness trouble-free and straightforward. This god difficulty that folk have self belief in is finished and finished nonsense. it is basically about administration. they p.c. to regulate you... and that they p.c. your money. My greatest question is this; If he's all useful and would do something.... why the fork would he care approximately human beings? we are tousled - if something, you will think of an all useful being would basically positioned us all out of our misery era basically out of pity.

According to the Bible: No.
Hell begins at the Second Coming.
Hell=place of eternal, conscious agony, a place for people & spirits who refuse to accept God's salvation.
