Best to keep her and the kittens seperate. The toms even though they are nuetered, are still male. Just because they are nuetered doesnt take there inheriant behaviors away. males in the wild tend to kill females babies that were NOT sired or bred by them. Male cats in a colony will know which females he mated and therefore wont kill these baby, but rouge or new males taking over the area territory will actively seek out mothers with cubs or kittens of the old males genes and eliminate them. With domesticated cats this isnt always the case. Males are not quite as vicious, buuuutt they will pester mother continuously. Mother will feel uncomfortable and irritated and be constantly wanting to move the kittens. When this happens mother tend to forget a couple or try to find the weirdest hiding places to hide the babies and this is very inconvientent for you and dangerous in somecases. I have had many pregnant cats in my home of 4 resident cats 3 neutered males, and 1 irratible female. I generally give her, her own room or the entire 4 season sun porch for just her and kittens. Once the kittens are about 6 weeks i intergrate them into the household for the 6 dogs and cats to teach them the ways of being a cat!!!

may I suggest keeping her seperate from the others..(all of them)
the Tom, may or may not harm the kittens. the fact of that matter is that the male will kill the kittens so that the female will come back into heat sot hat HE can mate with her. I am not sure if that mindset goes for neutered Toms.. Mother cat will want her privacy from all the others so get another litter box, make her a bedding box with old towels/rags in it and at least put her in the bathroom or something. bedroom would work but she might decide to give birth on the bed or in the laundry basket...good luck and congrats

You can never really predict any animal's reaction to a litter of kitten (especially if they have not been around them). I have helped with several litters of kittens, and if you think she is ready to deliver soon, you need to make her a "nest" of sorts. You can use towels, blankets, a cat bed, something clean and soft (that you can wash afterwards) and put it, her food and water, and her own litter box, in a bathroom or small bedroom (with nothing she can crawl under) while you are gone during the days. This way, she has her safe haven to have her babies. Otherwise, she could try and get into a space where she could be harmed, trying to hide from the others. Hope this helps!!
P.S. I have three neutered males that love kittens, but all cats aren't like that!!

Don't take any chances. Some male cats will kill the kittens, Keep your pregnant cat in a separate room away from your other cats. Mother cats are also very protective of their babies, and she might go after your other cats.
Get her a large box, make it comfortable so she will stay in it as it nears the time she will have kittens. She might still find a hiding spot, as one of my cats did to have her babies. I didn't have any other cats in my home at that time, so I don't know for sure, but it's always better to be safe than sorry! Good luck

Maybe your cat is actually quite nice to other cats? Dont worry, im sure he wont hurt the kitten, just keep an eye on them together.. as long as the little thing doesnt get too brave around your cat it will be ok. fully agree with the first answer, it could well be your cats kitten..

I'm no expert, but I've been told that Toms will try to kill any kittens that are not their own, so I would be very careful, if I were you, and make sure she is in a safe place, where the Toms can't get at her.
