Shy guys-- Every body expects a man to go out with his club (like bam bam) and knock out the woman he likes and drag her back to the cave. There are shy guys out there who would so like for a woman to make the first move. It is pretty intimidating to talk to a woman that you think is Drop Dead Georgous (DDG). Basically if a guy is not interested he will treat you much like he would treat his sister. If you like somebody don't wait for the big goof to come to you. Ask him to come to a party then to go out with friends and finally out on a date. Chances are that he'll pick up on the hint and start asking you out.

As a guy I have been (I think) guilty of that... staring to the point of scaring a lady when I really felt awe... and big time attraction. You have already talked to him and I'm guessing you want that to happen again, and again? Within your own principles, make it easy as possible for him to make that happen.

He likes you, he's probably as shy as you are, and in todays world, it wouldn't kill you to make the first move. Say hello, what's your name, and so forth. I know of a beautiful co-worker that "I" couldn't say ANYTHING (due to employer sh policies) but I couldn't help myself at grabbing every opportunity to see her pretty face, and eyes. I was ALWAYS mesmerized at her beauty.
Be daring, be bold. You only get what you want by asking for it!!!!

He likes you, but he is apparently shy too. May because you are shy as well you my give him the vibe that you don't like him. He may not want to risk being rejected. Go up and talk to him, DON'T BE SHY.

Maybe he's shy too and he apparently likes you, so that's why he stares and barely talks to because he doesn't know what to say to you.
