I am new at ministering to young people. I love them and thin k they have lots of potential. I am not sure though, what programmes can be implimented. Please help.....

Also, consider a degree from Moody Bible Institute www.moody.edu
Those are some good sources. Personally our programs are designed around the Purpose Driven philosophy...it seems well balanced.

You should read "keep your hands off the goodies" by Rev. Thomas Johnson. Very insightful, even though he is in jail now on 320 counts of forcible sexual contact with minors..
