i dont know what a stone weighs, so i cant answer that, but a good rule, if you can put your thumbs on her spine with your fingers out towards her ribs, if you feel the ribs, shes not over weight, if you cant, she's over weight. if you're going to breed, you're going to need to see a vet and make sure everything is ok with her and she doesnt have any genetical problems that would be passed on.

60lbs for a pure lab, not over weight at all. the two pure chocolate labs that come to the dog park we go to are 90 & 110lbs (they are a little heavy)

Breeding should be done after 2 yrs of age after all of the tests have been passed. Proper weight is based on her parents. Usually you can tell if a dog is overweight by looking at their side profile.

No, my dog is a black lab mix and maybe a little smaller then a typical black lab, he weight 75 lbs and the vet says he is overweight. As long as you can see his ribs (but they are sticking out) and you can see his hip bone (but again not sticking out) then I would think he is a fine weight.

On breeding 2 yrs for females 1yr for males

Also I do not think she is overweight but I would need to see pictures to know for sure.

.

no, I don't think she is overweight. But, only a vet can say certainly if she is overweight.

You should wait until she is at least 2 years old until you breed her.

It's a general rule of thumb that if you can easily feel the ribs(not see them) that there is not too much fat involved.
