The Jehovah's think their the most picked on, they say mainstream Christians hate them, the Mormon's think they're the most hated, the atheists think the Christians pick on them and the Christians think the atheists cause all the problems. And the poor Muslims ........... everyone picks on them.
Geez, everybody. Let's just get along and stop feeling we're the most picked on. Let's just agree to disagree.

To Naz - I won't insult you back even though you insulted Christians twice now, once with this question you posted and now with your answer to me. Here's examples of insulting questions that atheists have posted toward Christians. So let's stop blaming the other and just get along.

I would say the Muslims. I did a search once and they get the most hits. The witnesses don't say they are the most picked on in this forum, they are simply the least liked of any religion, by any other group, be they religious or not. The Muslims do have countries that like them. Even the Mormons have a state to accommodates them. Witnesses have none of that. But, as for the forum, definitely the Muslims.

Ya I am a Mormon too and I agree with the above that we are not the most picked on but that we are just misunderstood. I feel bad for the Muslims because they get a lot of trash that they don't deserve. Why do people have to be so mean about religions and just look at a few people who say they are part of a religion and do bad things and say that is how the whole religion is even though most of the time that person is going against their religion.

I am an LDS member (Mormon). I do not feel we are the most "picked on" but I do feel we are VERY misunderstood and that 98% of what most people who are not members or are former members post here is false. There are SOOOO many things that are half-truths or just flat out lies that people spread as fact and it is upsetting sometimes. But, what can ya do right?
I know what I believe and don't believe and have a testimony of the gospel so i guess that's all that really matters.

I agree. This forum is full of hatered. People are all trying to be "right". Trying to prove this or that. I stopped coming to this forum and have enjoyed YA. I just thought I would check today to see what was up and I see nothing has changed. I will go back to other forums now where people do act civilized and get along.

I'm a Muslim and there are plenty of derogatory and untrue things said about my faith here but i definitely don't feel picked on. There is no faiths or atheists etc on here who don't get the same treatment. I think the hate and ignorance is spread out pretty evenly. I am no ones victim if you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

Christians of course are the most picked on and they even pick on each other. I personally like picking on Pentecostal Holiness because I was once one myself. I personally have more respect for a religion like the Pentecostal who let it all hang out than I have with one of those uptight religions like the Church of Christ with the pokers stuck up their butts. But then that's just me.

I think those that Pick on others pick on pretty much anyone they do not agree with. I am a Witness and see my share of often rediculous slurs and lies about my beliefs. However I doubt that their is a majority on here directed just at us. I sometimes review the questions of ones who leave hatefull comments or who pick extremely hatefull answers. Often these ones attack large portions of Y!A.

Personally, I don't come here to whine. There are some hateful people on here that seem out to seek revenge on someone/something unknown - I avoid reading anything they say when I see their avatars - and there are some reasonable people on here. There are also some very sincere people that ask for help and I HOPE they receive it.
I've found most people that have contacted me to be very kind and sincere. I don't come here to make friends but I'm happy to hear from people that don't come here to vent hatred and lies.
