Technically...... yes.
If He didn't, would He have a good excuse not to? Yes also.
However, in order to remain infallible and prevent the entire universe from spinning into chaos and exploding, God has to remain true to His word, which means He can't lie, which means He has to love Hitler.
I know, it sucks... but there's not a whole lot we can do about it. His world, not ours

Why do we let all of the Germans who voted for him off the hook?
Hitler was the most honest politician in history. He explained exactly what he wanted to do...kill and oppress everyone different from him...conquer other nations, and the German people supported him until the bombs started falling in Berlin.
The people in Germany, and later in the nations that Hitler conquered, were in many cases happy to turn overt heir Jewish, Gypsy, etc. populations. They'd been killing Jews for years....this was nothing new.
Many areas of Russia, and the lands she'd conquered (Baltic states, Poland) that Hitler first conquered welcomed him as a liberator. There were in fact exile armies from those regions that tried to join the Nazi war machine for years. Hitler never allowed it because they were Slavs, and the Slavs who welcomed him soon found out he was even worse.
I guess what I'm saying, after going off topic, is that if God hates Hitler, he hates an awful lot of those people too. That whole Hitler brainwashed people lets a lot of guilty people off the hook. Instead of just condemning one man, we should try and figure out why what he did is an integral part to many people's natures.

Technically, Hitler was a Christian. But he went about worshiping God in completely the wrong way. God loves everyone, but he hates their sin.

>He made him...
No, God made Adolf Hitler good. Was Hitler evil when he was a child? Obviously not. Later on he chose to become evil and he is responsible for it.

God is supposed to love everyone, regardless of the sins he has committed. That being said, though, I have a hard time imagining Hitler in heaven.

Yes he did hate him. If you read the bible you will find this scripture in Proverbs 6:16-19;Â "There are six things that Jehovah does hate; yes, seven are things detestable to his soul: 17Â lofty eyes, a false tongue, and hands that are shedding INNOCENT blood, 18Â a heart fabricating hurtful schemes, feet that are in a hurry to run to badness, 19Â a false witness that launches forth lies, and anyone sending forth contentions among brothers."
Hitler shed innocent blood and Jehovah God rejects anyone like that.
But now that he is dead he is no longer accountable for his sins, according to Roman 6:23 23; "For the wages sin pays is death, but the gift God gives is everlasting life by Christ Jesus our Lord."
So when you die that is the price you pay for your sins, but that doesn't mean he'll be in heaven.

Referring to the dead who died in sin, God loves them too, but it may be too late for them. You have to be good already before you die.
