Maybe what you are eating has no good in it, which it will keep you craving for more food. Try to stick to vegetable, fish, fruit..etc. since they have a lot of vitamins and a lot of nutrients, I personally think that (for example)eating a carrot as a snack would probably give you more nutrients than eating a chocolate bar. Just incorporate more green to your diet. the cravings will fade away.
Good Luck!

I have diabetes, and my dietician recommends the diabetic diet for everyone--it follows the old food pyramid. You eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a fruit for a morning snack, a fruit and a serving of milk (8oz. of either milk or yogurt) for an afternoon snack, and a serving of carbohydrates (15 carbs) and a serving of milk at bedtime.
For breakfast you get 2 servings of carbohydrates, 1 milk and a fruit
For lunch you get 2 carbs, 3 oz. of meat (about the size of a deck of cards), two servings of vegetables (1/2 cup cooked or 1 cup raw) and 1 fat (6 grams--about 1 pat of butter or 1 tablespoon of salad dressing)
For supper you get 2 carbs, 4 oz. of meat (the size of the palm of your hand), 2 servings of vegetables, and 2 fats.
Be sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day, too. Even though it sounds like a lot, you will lose weight--I just started back on it at the beginning of the year, and in the last 2 weeks alone I've lost 5 pounds, but I'm never hungry. I even forget to eat my snacks sometimes!

Drink like a lot of water with all your meals. This way it fills u up and u can't eat as much. Also try eating more slowly as it takes the stomach a while for it to digest food. That way u can feel when ur full up.
