do you mean when it was written? The creators were representing the nation at the time. However, the time period they were more representing the white male. The blacks and females were still considered property not people.
So originally, "we the people" was aimed at the white male property owner, but over time it came to represent the entire nation.

"We, the People" refers to those inhabiting the United State of America at the time it was written, now and in the future....forever.

WE THE PEOPLE was a band from Jamaica that was headed by LLOYD PARKES. As far as I know, they may still be performing after nearly 25 years.
